About Mia's Art Process

All of Mia's artwork begins as a painting on paper, such as this bouquet of chrysanthemums originally painted in acrylic gouache. Mia draws much inspiration from vintage floral & botanical illustrations, therefore striving to create colorful and timeless pieces. After scanning and cleaning up her paintings, she then creates prints and products featuring her original designs.
